Unauthorized CapCut Subscription Charge Refund Request

On May 9, 2026, at approximately 10:05 p.m., I noticed a transaction of approximately $13 on my Yapı Kredi bank card ending in 4025 with the description “Lidio Google CapCut.” I do not have any active membership, subscription, or approved payment associated with the CapCut application.
As soon as I received the SMS notification regarding the transaction, I immediately contacted my bank. For security reasons, my card was canceled, and I was informed that a refund request would be opened on my behalf. However, I want the approximately $13 that was charged without my knowledge or authorization to be refunded to me as soon as possible.
In addition, I request that any CapCut or Google Play subscriptions that may have been created in my name or initiated using my card information be canceled immediately.
I also expect a proper security investigation regarding this unauthorized transaction and request clear written information about the outcome and the measures taken to protect my account and payment information.
