CapCut Charged My Card Without Any Subscription Or Approval

At 12:12 a.m. on May 10, I noticed a charge of approximately $5 on my İş Bankası debit card under the description “CapCut e London GB.” Even though I was asleep at that hour, the transaction appears in my account as an approved payment.
To make sure there was no misunderstanding, I checked my application login history and confirmed that I had not logged into CapCut at all that day. I also reviewed my Google Play payment history and found no transaction related to this charge.
I have never used CapCut as a paid service before, I have never started any subscription, and I did not receive any SMS, email, or other notification regarding this payment. My physical bank card is also still in my possession and has never been lost or stolen.
Because this transaction was carried out completely without my knowledge or approval, I request that CapCut refund the approximately $5 charged from my card as soon as possible.

I reported that I did not make a payment of ₺199.99 from CapCut, that an unauthorized charge was made on my card, and that I am requesting a refund. So far I have not received any response and the process is progressing very poorly.
