I Face No Support to Cancel My Annual Subscription on CapCut

I purchased an annual subscription for CapCut, paying ₺2.999, but I am not satisfied with the service and want to cancel my membership. Unfortunately, there is no customer support number or contact information where I can speak to a representative to explain my problem and request a cancellation.
I have searched the app and the website but found no real way to contact CapCut support. This has left me extremely frustrated, as I paid a significant amount of money and now feel abandoned with no assistance to resolve my concerns.
I explicitly request the cancellation of my CapCut annual subscription and a full refund of ₺2.999. I also expect CapCut to provide proper customer service channels so users can resolve such issues directly.
