I Lost My CapCut Pro Access Right After Purchase

I purchased CapCut Pro yesterday, but today the app started freezing, so I restarted my device. After restarting, I logged back into my account and saw that my Pro access was gone. Why did this happen? I’m crying—I can’t live without my CapCut Pro access. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
