CapCut Wasted My Credits By Translating My Video Into The Wrong Language

May 8 5:55 PM

I tried to translate an English video into Turkish using the CapCut application on my Android device. Even though I specifically selected Turkish as the target language inside the app, the video was translated back into English instead. Despite producing the wrong result, the application still deducted 800 credits from my account for this process.

This happened approximately one hour ago today, and as a result, I not only failed to receive the translation I wanted, but my credits were also wasted on a completely incorrect output.

I searched inside the application for a support or complaint section where I could report this issue, but I could not find any proper way to contact support, which is why I am forced to report the problem here instead.

I request that CapCut restore the 800 credits that were deducted for this faulty and unusable translation process. I also request that the issue be fixed so the application can correctly translate my video into Turkish as originally selected.
