CapCut Pro Subscription Not Working on Desktop – Can’t Access Pro Features
I have an active CapCut Pro subscription, and while it works fine on my mobile device, I am unable to access Pro features on the desktop version. Even though my login is approved, the system does not recognize my Pro status, preventing me from using the features I paid for.
This issue just started today, as everything was working fine yesterday. I need to understand why this is happening and how to fix it quickly.
CapCut, please resolve this issue immediately! If I have a Pro subscription, I should be able to use it on all supported platforms. I expect a clear explanation and a working solution as soon as possible. Fix this now!
