CapCut Pro Payment Charged But Not Activated
I am writing to report a problem with the CapCut mobile application when trying to upgrade to CapCut Pro. On March 4, 2026, I paid with my Banorte card an amount of 66.00 to activate the Pro version. The app showed a payment error and did not upgrade my account, but the charge was still made to my card. I contacted my bank, Banorte, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully processed and charged. However, despite this confirmation, my CapCut account registered under the name “Creaciones Sublimes” remains without Pro access. I request that CapCut immediately activate the CapCut Pro subscription for my account “Creaciones Sublimes,” corresponding to the 66.00 payment already charged to my Banorte card, or that you provide a clear solution so I can use the service I have already paid for.
