CapCut Pro Charged Me by Mistake – Refund Still Not Issued
I accidentally purchased a 1-month CapCut Pro subscription and immediately requested a refund. However, I still haven’t received my money back, and there has been no response to my emails.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such an issue, and I expected a quick resolution. Yet, despite following the refund process properly, my 250₺ has not been returned.
I need an immediate update on my refund status. This delay is unacceptable, and I demand a full refund as soon as possible. Please respond to my complaint and process my refund immediately.
