CapCut Didn’t Add Coins After Successful DANA Payment

I am writing regarding a problem with my CapCut monthly subscription payment. I paid for the CapCut monthly service using DANA from Indonesia, and although the payment was successful and I have proof of payment, the coins in my CapCut account are still showing as zero. I need to use the subscription and coins for my project, but I cannot access what I paid for because the balance has not been added to my account. I kindly request that you check this payment and add the missing coins to my CapCut account as soon as possible, or otherwise resolve this issue so that I can use the service I have already paid for. I am ready to provide the payment proof from DANA, including the transaction details, and you can also contact me via my email address, which is registered with my CapCut account, if needed.
