My Canon Printer Jammed Paper And Shut Down On First Use

On December 22, 2025, I purchased a Canon Pixma E414 printer from the seller Herofiste through Trendyol. When I tried using the product for the very first time yesterday, I realized that the printer was defective.
The printer constantly jams paper, shuts itself off unexpectedly, and makes extremely loud and disturbing noises while operating. We specifically bought this printer so my daughter could print documents at home, but we have not been able to benefit from it at all. Even before owning it for one month, the product turned out to be defective almost immediately, and we are still forced to go to print shops for basic printing needs.
When I contacted Herofiste about the issue through messages, they simply informed me that they could neither provide a replacement product or spare parts nor accept a return. When I contacted Trendyol customer service, they also refused to take responsibility and only stated that they could direct me to the nearest technical service center if I wanted.
Despite paying approximately $54 for the product, I believe I should be able to exercise my right to a return or replacement for a defective product without being forced to deal with technical service procedures for a product that failed on its very first use.
I request that both the seller Herofiste and Trendyol take responsibility during this process and properly resolve the customer grievance caused by the sale of a defective product. Preferably, I want the product return accepted and the full amount refunded to my account.
If this request will not be fulfilled, I ask that the parties clearly provide me with a written explanation regarding their refusal of responsibility. I also have all related message records and communications available and am ready to share them if requested.
