Fix Incorrect Phone Numbers And Warn The Branch, Burger King!
On October 2, 2026, at 20:40, I placed a Burger King order via Yemeksepeti from your Ankara Antares branch. The courier was only dispatched at 22:00, and the order was delivered at approximately 22:10, meaning it took about 1 hour and 30 minutes in total. By the time it arrived, the food was cold. During this delay, I tried to reach the restaurant using the phone number listed on Yemeksepeti, but the number was completely wrong and there was no way to contact the branch. I also tried to find another valid number for Ankara Antares Burger King but could not reach any working line, which left me with no communication channel at all while my order was excessively delayed. There have been delays with this branch before, and this latest experience, combined with the use of an incorrect phone number on the platform and the cold food after such a long wait, shows serious operational negligence in my view. My Yemeksepeti order number for this delivery is ggnr-2640-h709. I request that Burger King urgently correct and update the wrong contact information for the Ankara Antares branch across all systems and that the relevant branch be formally warned and subjected to the necessary administrative action so that similar issues do not recur.
