Burger King Delivery Debacle

I reside in Kayseri, specifically in Melikgazi, Esenyurt Neighborhood on 1434th Street. Whenever I attempt to order a burger from Burger King on various websites, I encounter an issue labeled as "Poligon exclusion." I'd like to emphasize that Poligon extends up to Esenyurt Neighborhood. On the map, there's only a 300-meter gap between the end of Poligon and my home. If there are operational considerations, either shut down the entire Esenyurt Neighborhood or open it entirely. This situation is absurd, and I seek clarification on this matter.
