I have been unable to log into my Bumble account for about two months. When I try to access the app, it asks me to verify my identity with an ID photo because my photo was not approved. Since I cannot access my account, I am also unable to delete it.
I have not yet contacted Bumble’s support team, but I want this issue to be resolved and my existing account linked to my phone number to be completely deleted. After my account is deleted, I request that the necessary steps be taken so I can create a brand-new account from scratch using the same phone number.
