Fake Bumble Account Is Using My Pictures Without Permission

April 14 3:42 PM

Without my knowledge or permission, someone created a fake Bumble profile using my photos under a different name. I only became aware of this on April 14, 2026, when a friend happened to come across the profile and sent me screenshots. I have never had a Bumble account and have never used the app, yet my face and personal photos are currently being displayed on a fake profile. I believe the photos were taken from my Instagram account, and I consider this to be a clear violation of my privacy and personal rights.

I have screenshots of the fake profile and its information. I can also provide official identification, my social media accounts, and other evidence proving that the photos belong to me. The fake account is still active, which is extremely upsetting and concerning.

Because I could not find a direct support channel or contact method within Bumble to report this issue, I am submitting my complaint here. I request that Bumble immediately identify and permanently remove the fake account, delete all of my photos being used on that profile, and investigate the individual or individuals who created the account and used my images without my permission. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I intend to pursue all available legal remedies, including reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities and the cybercrime unit.
