Bumble Banned My Account for an Identity Mistake

May 31 2:57 PM

My Bumble account, linked to y*******@hotmail.com** and using the username Yakuphan, was permanently banned on May 31, 2026, for allegedly violating Bumble's Inauthentic Profiles Policy. According to the email I received, my account was closed because Bumble suspected that I was impersonating someone else or misrepresenting my identity.

Every piece of information and every photo on my profile belongs to me. I have never impersonated another person or included any misleading information in my profile. All of my photos were taken with my own phone, are recent, and genuinely depict me. I am fully able to prove that they are authentic.

I have contacted Bumble's support team multiple times, explaining that the photos are mine and that I am willing to provide additional evidence or complete an identity verification process if necessary. Unfortunately, I continue to receive the same generic response each time. I have not been given any meaningful opportunity to request a manual review or submit supporting documents. This has left me unfairly accused of misconduct while completely preventing me from accessing my account.

I respectfully request that Bumble conduct a careful, manual review of my account based on the information I have provided. If necessary, I ask to be given the opportunity to verify my identity and submit additional evidence proving that the photos belong to me. I also request that the permanent ban be lifted if the review confirms that my account was wrongfully suspended.
