BtcTurk 500 USDT Sent via Solana Network Stuck in Cold Wallet
While trying to deposit Solana from my Binance account to my BtcTurk account, I accidentally sent 500 USDT through the Solana network. After the transaction, I could see that the USDT I sent was being held in BtcTurk’s cold wallet, but the funds have still not been credited to my account. BtcTurk is currently holding this amount in its own wallet but is neither returning it to me nor crediting it to my account. I demand that the 500 USDT I deposited be credited to my BtcTurk account immediately. Otherwise, I clearly state that I will file the necessary complaints with the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye.

They keep delaying, sending emails saying they'll call, but there's no response. I'm writing to the support team; they say it's being reviewed, you'll be contacted, we understand your urgency, but there's no progress. If the issue doesn't reach a positive outcome within a short time, I will file a complaint to the appropriate authorities.
They called, there’s no progress, they keep brushing it off as “under review.” I’ve been trying to reach BTC Türk officials for three days over a two‑minute transaction, and every conversation ends up hanging in the air. They’re causing an enormous inconvenience for such a tiny operation.
There has been no action taken for a week; it's constantly being said it's under review and postponed. I've been dealing with it for a week for a one-minute operation.
Since the problem still hasn't been resolved, I said I'd write to the live support team. BTC Türk no longer even lets me talk to the support team, I think they keep dragging it out, they aren't reaching a solution and they're limiting communication.
