I Can’t Load Brawl Stars on iPhone 7 Plus as Game Freezes at 40%

For the past 3–4 weeks, I have been unable to play Brawl Stars on my iPhone 7 Plus because the game freezes at 40% on the loading screen and never opens. My in-game username is “otrox.” I have tried every basic fix I could think of — uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, and even switching my internet connection — but none of these attempts resolved the problem.

This issue keeps recurring about once every four weeks, and it happens without any error message, which makes it even more frustrating. I have not made any in-game purchases, and so far, I have not contacted the support team, but I feel I must now as I can’t enjoy the game at all.

I am requesting that Supercell investigate this loading bug and provide a permanent fix so I can access the game smoothly without repeated interruptions. Please prioritize this issue and restore normal access to my account.
