Brawl Stars In-App Purchase Not Delivered – Refund and Gem Balance Issue

I purchased an in-app package in Brawl Stars through Apple, but the contents never arrived in my account. I requested a refund, and while I received a notification stating the refund was processed, the money was not actually returned to my account.

To make matters worse, my Brawl Stars account now shows a negative balance of -2800 gems. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a double punishment for an issue I didn’t cause.

Brawl Stars and Apple, I demand an immediate resolution. Either deliver the purchased package to my account or refund my money in full. Additionally, fix the negative gem balance issue, as it is unfair to penalize me further for this mistake. Please address this promptly.
