I'm having a really annoying problem with my Bosch oven (Serial Number: HBJ558YW0T-04). The bottom part of the oven isn't working right, and even though the service team knows about it, they still haven't given us a fix. I'm contacting Bosch customer service to ask them to quickly fix this problem, even if they have to give me a new oven. It's really discouraging to come across a problem with a well-known company like Bosch.
