Bosch Dishwasher Leaked Detergent but the Service Refused to Fix the Issue


I bought a Bosch washing machine about a year ago, but unfortunately, rust started showing up not long after, beginning with the detergent compartment. Even though the service replaced the compartment, the rust managed to spread to other parts of the machine in just a few months. Now, the service insists on charging extra to address the additional rust, completely avoiding any responsibility. Why am I being blamed for the corrosion of metal components inside the washing machine?
