Bosch Refuses Free Replacement for My Glass Hob That Melted in Months

I bought a Bosch glass hob, and about a month and a half after I started using it, the glass on two burners began to melt and deteriorate. The issue keeps recurring, and I have not made any mistakes while using it. I purchased the product from the Bosch store in Atakum, Samsun, and it has not even been a year yet. I contacted Bosch authorized service regarding the problem, but they could not identify the cause. Despite this, they asked me to pay half the cost for a glass replacement. However, my product is still under warranty, and I have the warranty certificate. I also believe this issue is not due to user error. If it truly is, I should not be asked to pay half the cost—I believe I should not have to pay anything. I previously used another brand’s glass hob for five years without any problems. Choosing Bosch for a glass hob has left me with regret, and I am requesting a free replacement of my product under warranty.
