Bosch HBF537EG5T Built-In Oven And Cooktop Fire Hazard Issue

On October 16–17, 2025, I purchased two built-in ovens (model HBF537EG5T) and one built-in glass cooktop from Bosch, paying a total of ₺65,000 by credit card (Invoice No: sbb2025000000650). The oven I bought for myself already had a space at home, but the oven and cooktop I purchased for my mother were installed into a wooden unit recommended by the store. The salesperson assured me that this unit posed no fire risk, so I trusted their advice and paid an additional ₺8,000 for it. However, during installation on October 21, 2025, I realized the wooden unit posed a serious fire hazard and was unsafe. There was also an open gap beneath the glass cooktop, meaning that any spilled liquid or debris from the surface could directly leak onto the oven below. When the cooktop is lifted, it’s clear that water or waste can easily reach the oven. Moreover, the wooden unit is positioned in a way that even a small spark could ignite it, and I believe the coating material increases its flammability. A marble or similar nonflammable surface should have been installed beneath the cooktop, as this current setup endangers both life and property. When I reported the issue to Bosch service, they said they were only responsible for installation and advised me to contact the brand for further action. I urgently request Bosch to correct this serious mistake made during sales and installation, cover any potential damages, and take the necessary safety measures immediately.
