Bosch Newly Purchased Refrigerator Is Causing More Problems Than Comfort
I bought a washing machine and a refrigerator, and it's only been 10 days, but I'm already facing multiple issues. The washing machine doesn't clean clothes properly – they come out stained and still kind of dry. I can't even smell the detergent. I tried washing a cleaning cloth, and it turned out all dingy. As for the refrigerator, its digital display went wonky within the first 10 days, showing 15 instead. It even broke once, and now we're unsure if the fridge is running or not. buying new appliances should bring joy, but I'm regretful, unhappy. The latest 8 series refrigerator and washing machine have let me down. I wouldn't recommend them – it's not worth your money. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options.

Two young men from the service came just a while ago. They removed the front display panel of the cabinet to check if the card fits in place and found no issues with the front display panel. They indicated that the problem might be with the main board at the back. We asked for a service receipt, but they did not provide one. They stated that they couldn't give a receipt because they hadn't fixed the issue yet. However, if they come to the house and conduct inspections, they should provide a receipt. Moreover, the issue persists... We had the same problem with the washing machine; Bosch service does not give a service receipt, even if you request one...
