Bosch KGN56VW30N Refrigerator Led Light Malfunction

The LED interior light of the Bosch KGN56VW30N refrigerator we use in our home suddenly malfunctioned. We have been using it since 2019. In my research on the internet and on sikayetvar.com, I found that many users of the KGN56VW30N model with a production date of 2019 experienced the same issue and that there were complaints suggesting this is a chronic problem. When I contacted you to inquire whether this situation was a known issue, I was told there was no such problem and that service would only be provided for a fee since the warranty had expired. If many users are experiencing the same issue and the older versions of the same model do not have this problem, I believe your brand should investigate the matter further. All the white goods in my family's home and my own home are Bosch brand. I hope your brand will show the necessary sensitivity regarding this issue. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved.
