Bosch KGN86AID2N Refrigerator Leaks Water


I bought a brand new Bosch KGN86AID2N refrigerator on September 28, 2023. It came with an invoice. Ever since it got here, there's been a problem with water building up in the vegetable drawer. When we reached out to the service, they told us that the unit has to be taken apart for repair because there's a common manufacturing issue with these models. Of course, we all hope that a new product works perfectly and we don't want it to need any repairs. But the headquarters of Bosch doesn't want to admit the situation. They sent a technician from their main office who, in a rather silly way, said good things about the product and brushed off the water leakage as something normal, saying, "The fridge is just giving itself a little shower!" We kept telling them that the vegetables inside were rotting because of this problem, but they won't take responsibility.
After that, a bold customer service representative from the main office reached out to us, ridiculously blaming the user for things like spilled milk and yogurt without any evidence. It's obvious that these accusations have nothing to do with the issue of watering the vegetable compartment. Bosch, who used to be proud of their motto "I'd rather lose money than lose a customer," is now dealing with a bunch of complaints. Bosch needs to deal with the concerns soon, or they might end up overwhelmed by people's unhappiness. If this problem doesn't get fixed, I'll never trust the Bosch brand again. I wouldn't suggest this brand to anyone.

Up until now, I have always used Arçelik, but I chose Bosch this time because it was the only model that fit into my kitchen cabinet due to the measurements. They still insist that the cabinet is normal. The vegetable compartment of the cabinet gets watery and frosty, and anything you put in it spoils quickly. Customer service representatives say this is normal. I keep saying that it might seem normal to you because you have never used Arçelik in your life. From A to Z, Bosch is a disappointment.
