Requesting Investigation Into Unverified BlaBlaCar Account Pressuring for Payment

While checking listings for an Istanbul trip on BlaBlaCar around 1:00 a.m., I came across someone using the name U***. In the BlaBlaCar chat, he shared his phone number by typing it out in separated digits, getting around the system's filtering, and I reached out to him through WhatsApp using that number. I also noticed that his profile was newly created and unverified. He said he'd be at my door at 1:00 a.m. and asked for my location. After I sent it, he asked for part of the travel fare upfront. I told him we'd pay the full amount once we were in the car. Despite that, he kept insisting on payment, calling me and sending voice messages on WhatsApp to try to convince me. He repeatedly asked me to send a payment receipt through the number +90 ***********63. He then sent me an IBAN registered under his name and kept insisting I make the payment there. After I refused to pay and blocked him on WhatsApp, he deleted the IBAN information from the chat. He tried to build trust by saying his BlaBlaCar account had been created that month, that he currently had one passenger in his car, and that he had picked them up the same way. When I asked to see his face, he made excuses like "I changed my number." Even after I blocked him on WhatsApp, he kept calling me and insisting on half the payment, but I never paid. I want the necessary review to be carried out regarding this person, so that other people don't fall victim to the same situation.
