My Bitget Account Access Vanishes After My Phone Is Stolen

I signed up for the crypto app Bitget around May 20–21 using a newly created email address and a newly obtained phone number. On May 23, 2026, my phone was stolen, and along with it, the email, password, and other access information for my Bitget account, which had been saved in my notes, were also completely lost. Because of this, I currently cannot log into my account at all and can't even check whether any unauthorized transactions have been made on it.
Since the theft, I've sent numerous emails to s******@bitget.com over the past three days, but I've only received an automatic reply, with no actual response from anyone. I also tried seeking support through Telegram, but since the people there were asking me for money, I didn't find them trustworthy and couldn't get help that way.
Due to the theft of my phone, I've lost all my access information. I want Bitget, subject to identity verification and all necessary ID confirmations, to establish that I am the rightful owner of my account and to restore it to me. Until this process is completed, I am also requesting that my account be urgently frozen to prevent any harm from occurring on it.
