Currency Exchanger Never Credits My EFT Transfer to Bitget

In order to trade on Bitget, I sent money via EFT (bank transfer) to a currency exchanger named Ö**** Ş*********. Even though I have my bank receipt in hand, the amount I sent was neither credited to my Bitget account nor refunded to my bank account.Despite trying to reach both Bitget and the currency exchanger regarding this transaction, I haven't received any response from either party so far, and no explanation has been provided to me. I'm in a difficult position both because my money is stuck in limbo and because I can't find anyone to address it.I am requesting that the transaction shown on my EFT receipt be urgently reviewed, and that the amount I sent either be credited to my Bitget account or fully refunded to my bank account.
