Bitget.tradesmater Froze My Balance Without Any Explanation

I have an account on the Bitget.tradesmater platform and today I noticed that my balance of 5,390 is shown as “frozen” on my account screen and I cannot withdraw it. On the balance page it appears as “Freeze 5,390.0000” and my available account balance is shown as zero. I have not received any clear information or justification from the platform about why this amount was frozen or how long it will remain blocked. I have also not been given any warning about a violation, restriction or additional verification requirement. I request that my frozen balance of 5,390 be immediately released and that I be allowed to withdraw this amount without any further delay, and that I be given a clear written explanation of why my funds were blocked in the first place.
