However, the transaction has not been completed, and the funds have not arrived in my Binance TR wallet. When I check my Bitek XRN account, the transaction status still shows as “processing,” with no updates or confirmation of completion.
I contacted Bitek XRN customer service to resolve the issue, but they failed to provide any effective support. I was left without a clear explanation or a timeline for when my funds would be transferred. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially when dealing with financial transactions that should be secure and timely.
I request that Bitek XRN immediately complete my ARB token transfer and provide a clear explanation for the delay. Please take this matter seriously, as it has caused both financial and emotional stress. I expect a prompt resolution and improved transaction handling to prevent such issues from happening again.
