I Face Stuck ARB Token Transfer from Bitek XRN to Binance TR

On Saturday, I initiated an ARB token transfer from my Bitek XRN account to my Binance TR account. However, the transaction has not been completed, and the funds have not arrived in my Binance TR wallet. When I check my Bitek XRN account, the transaction status still shows as “processing,” with no updates or confirmation of completion.

I contacted Bitek XRN customer service to resolve the issue, but they failed to provide any effective support. I was left without a clear explanation or a timeline for when my funds would be transferred. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially when dealing with financial transactions that should be secure and timely.

I request that Bitek XRN immediately complete my ARB token transfer and provide a clear explanation for the delay. Please take this matter seriously, as it has caused both financial and emotional stress. I expect a prompt resolution and improved transaction handling to prevent such issues from happening again.
