I’m writing this complaint due to a serious issue I encountered on the Bitexen Global platform. Without any prior notification or my consent, my crypto assets were automatically migrated from Bitexen to Bitexen Global. This forced migration raised immediate concerns about the safety of my assets. When I checked the outgoing address, I realized everything had been transferred to Bitexen Global, and I had no choice but to open an account there.

After registering, I initiated a total of 15 crypto transfers through Bitexen Global’s website. Shockingly, 13 of these transfers have been stuck in pending status for over two hours. One of the most significant transactions—6,079,266 HOT (Holo) tokens—has yet to be processed, and I haven’t received any error message. I was also charged around 280 HOT in fees per transaction. This kind of delay is completely unacceptable for a crypto platform that deals with real-time transfers.

To make matters worse, there’s no live support available. I emailed customer service four times and only received vague, unhelpful responses with no resolution. Additionally, the system does not provide any transaction ID or reference number for my transfers, making it impossible to track or prove the pending operations.

I am deeply concerned about the security of my assets and believe other users might be at risk of the same issue. I urgently request Bitexen Global to complete all pending transfers and provide a clear, written explanation. This issue must be resolved immediately to restore trust and transparency.

The pending transfers were completed after about 13 hours. During this process, I did not receive any response from the company. Meanwhile, Bitexen Turkey transferred all my assets to Bitexen Global without asking me, but when I called them for support on this issue, they said this matter is related to Bitexen Global and they can't do anything. If that's the case, why did you transfer my assets there without asking me if it has nothing to do with you? In short, stay away for your own peace of mind.
