My Bitay Withdrawal Has Not Arrived in My E-wallet

I am writing to report a problem with the Bida6x platform regarding a withdrawal of 4,300 Philippine Pesos that I made through their app. On September 1, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of 4,300 PHP using the “pix_easypay” option. In the application, the withdrawal status is shown as “submitted successful,” but the money has not reached my e‑wallet. Even though the transaction appears as completed on the app side, my e‑wallet balance has not increased and I have not received the funds. My clear expectation from the platform is that they either immediately transfer the 4,300 PHP to my e‑wallet, or provide a clear and satisfactory explanation and, if necessary, a refund of the full amount. I request that this issue be urgently reviewed and resolved.
