Bitay Withdrawal Delay. My Funds Haven't Been Deposited

I made a withdrawal request from Bitay, but unfortunately, the funds have not yet been credited to my account. I've been reaching out through various channels, but unfortunately, I haven't received any responses or been able to find someone who can help me with my issue. If this issue remains unresolved, I will take it to CİMER and file a complaint with the prosecutor's office. It is unacceptable for them to cause inconvenience to others in this manner. If this behavior persists, I will not hesitate to report it to the relevant authorities and consider discontinuing my use of this application.
