Bitay Exchange Demands Double Payment After 7 Months
It's been seven months since I deposited funds onto the platform. However, when I tried to access my funds recently, I faced an unexpected obstacle.
Bitay is insisting that I make an extra payment in order to withdraw my own funds, in addition to my initial deposit. It seems like they believe my initial deposit is not enough and are refusing to release my funds until I make an additional payment.
I find this situation to be completely unacceptable. I made a deposit with clear and defined terms, but now Bitay is trying to alter the agreement after the fact. It is completely unjustifiable to demand an extra fee in order to access funds that rightfully belong to me.
