Complaint About Bingo Smart Capsule

At the beginning of February, my spouse purchased the Bingo Akıllı Kapsül Pro product from the A101 store in Gölcük for approximately ₺250. When we started using the product, we noticed that after washing, the stains on the pots were not removed and the cleaning performance was clearly insufficient. Due to this problem, we contacted Bingo by phone and reported the situation. The product was requested back from us for inspection and we sent it. Following the examination, we were informed that there was no problem with the product and it was sent back to us. Up to this point I can understand the functioning of the process, however, the fact that the product was sent back to us with recipient-paid shipping is absolutely not an acceptable approach for me. While we were already experiencing a problem and seeking a solution, trying to impose the shipping cost on us clearly shows how little importance is given to customer satisfaction and has caused serious disappointment. Because of this experience, I no longer intend to choose the Bingo brand for myself nor recommend it to people around me. For this reason, I did not accept the product that was arranged as recipient-paid shipment and I do not want either the product or the cargo. I request that this process be reviewed, that I am not charged any shipping fees and that a solution befitting customer satisfaction be provided.
