Two days ago, I purchased a token called Cuffyx on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). After completing the transaction, I realized that this token has a honeypot and blacklist issue. When I tried to sell the token, I was unable to do so, and a warning sign appeared next to it. At the time of purchase, I did not fully understand what this warning meant due to my lack of experience.
As a result, I suffered a loss of approximately ₺20,000. Although the Cuffyx tokens still appear in my Binance account, I cannot carry out any sell transactions. Since the platform interface is in English, I was unable to communicate effectively with customer service and could not get any help.
I request that this token be made sellable again or that my financial loss be compensated. I urgently expect Binance to provide support and prevent such fraudulent tokens from being traded on its network.
