Binance Blocks My Sumochain Coin With Blacklist Error And I Can’t Sell Or Convert

Since August 24, 2025, I have been unable to trade the Sumochain token I purchased on the Binance mobile app. Every time I try to convert it to BNB, I receive an error message saying the coin has been “blacklisted.” While the balance still appears in my account, I cannot sell, convert, or use the tokens in any way.

I contacted Binance customer service about this issue, but I have not received any explanation or solution. My account ID is 6075. This situation has left me completely stuck with an asset I cannot use or liquidate.

I demand that Binance either refund the amount I invested or make the token tradable again so I can sell it. A platform as large and trusted as Binance should not allow customers to purchase coins that are later blocked as blacklisted. This undermines user trust and leaves investors at risk of financial loss.

I request that Binance take immediate action to resolve my issue and prevent similar situations for other users.
