Dear xolvie team, I have been using Binance actively for a long time, but recently I have encountered a serious issue that occurs specifically during active futures trades. The "Futures" menu becomes unresponsive while I am in a position. The menu is visible but does not open the Perpetual/USDT-M interface. When I check Binance from another browser (without logging in), the site works properly. This problem happens only when I'm logged in and have an active position, never when I'm idle. This has caused me to suffer multiple liquidations, as I was unable to manage or close positions due to the interface not loading properly. Please investigate whether this is a technical error or a systemic issue. I attacted screenshots for further topic.
