Bigo Live Charged Me $4 for 185 Coins That Never Showed Up in My Account

Last night I purchased a pack of 185 coins on Bigo Live for approximately $4, paying through Akbank mobile banking. The amount was deducted from my account and I can see the transaction on my receipt and in my bank activity. Despite this, the coins I purchased were never credited to my account.
As a result, my money is gone and I received nothing in return. I have not yet contacted any support line or customer service. Since the coins were not added to my account despite a successful payment, I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.
