Bigo Account Deletion Not Working on iPhone

I want to permanently delete my Bigo account with the username “Party Hero” and ID number 113939*** from my iPhone, but the system does not allow me to do so. Even though I have followed all the account deletion steps correctly, I receive a warning saying “Not an official business or official verified account,” and the deletion process cannot be completed. I have been getting the same error every time I try since yesterday, and I cannot close my account.

I no longer want to use this account and request the permanent deletion of all my information, my account, and any data associated with it. Since I am unable to delete it myself, I want Bigo to manually and permanently close my account and provide me with clear confirmation that the deletion process has been completed in full. I kindly request that this matter be handled promptly to protect my personal data and permanently close my account.
