Unable to Delete BigoLive Account Despite Numerous Attempts!

I have two BigoLive accounts, and I want to continue with only one by deleting the other. However, I am unable to delete it, causing significant frustration. This account has interactions with numerous individuals, and I now wish to close it. Despite sending feedback, there has been no response, and this situation is becoming increasingly infuriating. Please assist me. I constantly encounter errors, and I have confirmed everything, including my phone number and email.
