I Made Multiple Deposits to My Betwinner Account but Only One Was Credited

Back in January, I put a deposit to my Betwinner account; since then, what I have experienced makes one doubt the dependability of the whole platform. I worked for four months trying to fix a problem when they stated I had several accounts and had to combine them. It became quite evident over this period that my account might have been handed to someone else. Only one of the multiple deposits I made was credited to my account, however Betwinner maintains all of them were handled correctly. My transaction records clearly show differently, and when I urge them to present proof on their side, they cannot produce anything. Their answer contradicts their own facts, and finding any actual help has seemed like running in circles. I still await a just conclusion.
