On January 10, 2026, at around 5:50 AM, I submitted a withdrawal request of $210 USD on the Betwinner website. Instead of approving the withdrawal, my request was canceled and the amount was returned to my balance. Afterward, due to system behavior and guidance, I was effectively pushed into losing this balance through gameplay.
When I tried to get support regarding this issue, I was unable to communicate properly with customer service, and eventually my account was blocked. As a result, I neither received the payment I requested nor was any solution provided, since all communication channels were closed.
I request that Betwinner explain why my $210 USD withdrawal request was not processed, remove the restriction on my account, and resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
