BetterMe App Has Illegally Charged Me Thirteen Payments, Total €438,91

I enabled a free trial period of BetterMe last year. After the trial period, I disabled it via the settings of my Apple ID account. I canceled the trial subscription in the App Store, but they managed to charge me through a credit card. But unfortunately, I now found out that the BetterMe app has debited my credit card since September 17, 2023 until now, so a total of thirteen months. I want all my money back because you have illegally taken money from my account. I want you to cancel my subscription immediately and refund all the amount from September 2023 until now to my account, a total amount of €438.91. If this does not happen within 14 days, I will file a report with the police and I will hire a lawyer for the material but also for my mental damage.

There are two options to subscribe to our service: via the website and App/Play Store. If you purchase our product via the website, the BetterMe subscription will not reflect in your phone settings/Google account. Our team has already reached you via email. Please check your inbox.
