On November 18 at 18:41, I deposited $14 into my Betsmove account via Super Havale. However, even after two days, the deposited amount has still not been credited to my account.
When I contacted customer service, I was told that the delay was due to a Cloudflare server outage, and that my transaction had been forwarded to the relevant department. They also told me to reach out again if it wasn’t resolved within 30 minutes. But since then, no solution has been provided, and the issue remains unresolved.
I contacted both the call center and live support multiple times. I even sent the transfer receipt as a PDF, but I only received automated responses and no real help.
This is the first time I’ve experienced such a problem, and I want my issue resolved as soon as possible. I request that the $14 be either credited to my balance or fully refunded.
