On November 20, 2025, I deposited a total of 6,000 TL into the Betsmove website under the username s*. I first deposited 1,000 TL, and the money appeared in my account, but I couldn’t open any games. When I contacted live support, they told me I needed to deposit at least 3,000 TL.
I then deposited an additional 2,000 TL, but I still couldn’t access any games. This time, support told me I needed to make a single 3,000 TL deposit. I followed their instruction and reached a total balance of 6,000 TL. Despite this, I still couldn’t access any games, nor was my money refunded.
Finally, they asked me to deposit 10,000 TL more in a single transaction, which I refused. At this point, I can no longer reach live support at all.
My name appears as s s*** on the bank receipts. I was completely deprived of service and left financially harmed. I request a full refund of the 6,000 TL I deposited with Betsmove.
