However, the customer service team informed me that my account had been upgraded to VIP status, and that I would need to deposit at least $474 to activate it. They also claimed that if I deposited an additional $249, my balance would then appear in my account.
This condition was never mentioned beforehand, and I am not in a financial position to make another deposit. As a result, my initial deposit is currently blocked, and my account shows a balance of only $0.02.
