Betpark Refused to Pay Me Using False IP Conflict Excuse Despite Single Account
I am writing this complaint as a long-time user who has always played fairly on Betpark. Recently, I submitted a withdrawal request for a relatively small amount, but the platform refused to pay me. Their excuse? An "IP conflict." This is completely unfounded, as I only have one account and no one else in my household uses Betpark.
It’s beyond frustrating to be denied payment without any legitimate explanation. Betpark is starting to invent reasons to withhold users’ money. They are using vague and unverifiable claims like “IP duplication” to block payouts—even when there’s absolutely no evidence of wrongdoing.
Even though the amount I requested wasn’t large, the principle matters. If they can get away with denying small withdrawals, what will they do when someone wins big? This behavior is unacceptable and unethical. I urge Betpark to stop hiding behind arbitrary excuses and process my withdrawal immediately. Other users should be aware of how this platform operates before trusting it with their time and money.
