I Can’t Update My Contact Info on Betmatik and Support Isn’t Responding

I’m trying to update my contact information on Betmatik, but it’s been incredibly frustrating. The phone number and email address linked to my account are outdated—I no longer use them. As a result, I can’t make any changes myself or verify anything.

I’ve reached out to customer support via phone and WhatsApp, but no one is replying. I also sent multiple emails to their support address and still haven’t received any response. Even the live chat system is constantly “busy” or unavailable, making it impossible to get help.

This is a critical issue. Without updated contact details, I can’t fully access my account or receive notifications. I’m asking Betmatik to urgently review my case and update my email and phone number immediately. It shouldn’t be this hard to get basic support on a gambling platform where real money is involved. I expect a prompt resolution.
