Betgaranti's Unsettling Practices, Withheld Balances and Unresolved Withdrawals

I have been using Betgaranti for several years, but I recently encountered an unprecedented issue where they refused to release my balance. As a result, I not only lost a significant portion of my funds but also discovered that many other members have faced similar problems. I have left substantial amounts in my account, and now they are refusing to process my withdrawal request, even for a modest amount like 1000 TL. My losses amount to 17,000 TL, while my winnings stand at 21,000 TL, resulting in a net profit of only 4,000 TL. Considering the high stakes we play with, is it fair to treat us this way over 4,000 TL? I am deeply disappointed as I have referred numerous members to Betgaranti and recommended it to everyone. I have already suffered significant losses, and I implore Betgaranti to assist in transferring my remaining balance without further delay.
